Q: How long will it take to get my items?
+ Items are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received; it also depends on method of shipping, holidays etc. Plus if I hold till check clears.

Q: I live outside USA?
+ Payment with credit card only acceptable method of payment. I suggest that you contact me first and TELL ME HOW YOU WANT ITEM SHIPPED. THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER. FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY INSIDE THE U.S.A. I will put items on HOLD you will have 36 hours to send payment by credit card after I ssend adjusted invoice.

Q: How do I pay?
+ With Credit Card, Money Order, Personal Check (personal checks will be held until they clear.) NOTE: I have to put items on Hold, this might be a problem if someone comes in and buys with a credit card, the item is removed from Inventory Immediately.

FIRST CLASS (items under $10.00 – no delivery confirmation or insurance) FLAT RATE priority is available at current rates
PRIORITY & PARCEL POST, MEDIA MAIL, UPS GROUND – with delivery confirmation, no insurance unless purchase is over $25.00, or breakable.
Insurance is optional on other items. I usually ship within 48 hours of payment clearing.

Q: HOW DO YOU FIGURE COMBINE SHIPPING?
I take the highest item then package all together and weigh.
Then I send you an adjusted invoice. YOU HAVE TO PROCESS THE COMPLETE ORDER. Do not check out and pay with credit card. YOU CLICK ON PAY WITH CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, I will send an adjusted invoice then you can send money by way of Pay Pal, Google or US Postal Money/Order. HOW YOU PAY ALSO DETERMINES YOUR DISCOUNT. Some items CANNOT be combined.
